Processing

 

All items are shipped within 48 hours after an order is placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following working day (excluding bank holidays).

 

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the package.

 

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer

 

Time

 

In general, orders will take 3-7 working days to arrive, countries outside the UK can take from 5-15 working days.

 

International buyers should be aware of possible delays from customs inspection, import duties, and taxes.

 

Please note that some countries require duties and taxes that come with international shipping. Customers are responsible for any custom fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

 

Please note that we are unable to refund postage fees on the items returned to us because of unpaid customs charges.
